Trip Management Settings

The Trip Management Settings page (under Settings > Travel Management > Settings) comprises configurations to work with the Travel Management feature in Anthology Reach.

The following table provides information about configurations that are available in the Trip Management Settings page:

Configuration	Description
Azure Configuration
Microsoft Azure Function URL	The URL pointing to the Azure function which executes the Trip management functionality.
Azure Execute Flow Code	The security token needed to execute the Azure Function.
Options
Disable Trip Approval	Indicates whether the approval process for trips is enabled or disabled . It can have one of the following values: No - Indicates the trip approval process is enabled. It is the default value. Yes - Indicates the trip approval process is disabled to bypass the approval process and hide BPF.
Trip Approval Assign Workflow	The workflow that will be used to assign a reviewer for the trip approval process. Note: In an integrated Anthology Raise and Anthology Reach environment, it is recommended to use a common Trip Approval Assign Workflow.
