Activity Properties
The table in this section describes the Properties available for the Activity Object.
Before reading the descriptions in this topic, see Using Property Tables in Talisma Client Help.
The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.
Properties
The Properties list contains system Properties. When an Activity is created, these values are set automatically.

A unique identifier for the corresponding Activity in the SIS. |

Name* |
The name of the Activity. The value in this Property is identical to the Subject Property of the child Object (Interaction). |

Activity Assigned to |
The Talisma Client User to whom the Activity is assigned. |

Team |
The Team for which the Activity is created. By default, the Team is the Primary Team set for the User |

The owner of the Activity. By default, the User who creates the Interaction is the owner. |

Interaction |
The ID of the Interaction associated to the Activity. |

Activity type |
The medium of communication used for the related child Object (Interaction). |

Subject |
The Subject of the Activity is identical to the Subject Property of the related child Object (Interaction). This property is updated when the Subject of the related Object item changes. |

Date completed |
Date on which the Interaction is closed. |

Priority |
The Priority of the Activity corresponds to the Priority set for the related Interaction. The value of this Property is updated when the corresponding Property of the related child Object (Interaction) changes. |

State |
State of the related Interaction. This Property value is updated from the related Interaction. |

Status |
Current status of the Activity. The Status of the Activity corresponds to the Status of the related Interaction. This Property value is updated from the related Interaction. |

Contacts |
The Contact associated with the Interaction related with the Activity. This property value is updated from the related Interaction. |

Communication last updated |
The date and time of the most recent communication of the Interaction. |

The date and time when the item was created. |

Activity last updated |
The date and time of the most recent operation on the Interaction associated with the Activity. When the related Interaction is updated, the Activity gets updated concurrently. |

The date and time when the Activity is scheduled to end. |

Source system |
The source system in which the Activity originated. CRM: Indicates that the Activity is created in Talisma. External: Indicates that the Activity is created after synchronization of information between Talisma and the SIS. |
