Customizing the Columns in the Chat Workspace

You can customize the columns displayed in the following panes of the Chat Workspace:

•   My Sessions pane in the Chat tab.

•   Active Sessions pane in the Manage tab.

•   Queued Chat Requests pane in the View Queue tab.

To Customize the Columns in the Chat Workspace

1.  Select the required tab in the Chat Workspace.

2.  Right-click a column header in the relevant pane of the selected tab, and choose Select Columns from the shortcut menu. The Select Columns dialog box is displayed.

3.  Double-click a column to view it in the selected pane.

- OR -

Drag the required column to the header row in the relevant pane.

4.  To remove a column from the header row in the relevant pane of the selected tab, drag the column to the Select Columns dialog box.

- OR -

Drag the column away from the header row.

- OR -

Right-click the column in the header row, and select Remove this column from the shortcut menu.

Note 

The columns in the following panes can be sorted:

•   Active Sessions pane of the Manage tab.

•   Queued Chat Requests pane of the View Queue tab.
