Address Tabs and Properties
The Address Object is a Global Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Address Object.
The Address window contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.
Properties Tab
The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Address Object.

External SIS ID |
A unique identifier for the corresponding Address item in the SIS. |

Owner |
The Talisma user who created the Address item. By default, the User who creates the Address item is its owner. |

The date and time when the record was created. |

Last Updated |
The date and time when the record was last updated. |

Cannot be edited or deleted |
Contact |
The student who lives in the Address |

Address Type |
Indicates the type of the Address item. For example, Permanent or Vacation |

Title |
The name prefix for the Lead. The value in this Property is used in written communication. |

First name |
The first name of the Lead. For example: John in John Martin William |
|
|
Middle name |
The middle name of the Lead. For example: Martin in John Martin William |
|
|
Last name |
The last name of the Lead. For Example: William in John Martin William. |
|
|
Phone |
The primary phone number of the Lead. |
|
|
Work phone |
The phone number of the Lead in the work place. |
|
|
Fax |
The fax number of the Lead. |
|
|
|
The e-mail Address of the student. |
|
|
Street |
The street name in the Address. |
|
|
City |
The city in the Address. |
|
|
State |
The state in the Address. |
|
|
ZIP |
The zip code in the Address. |
|
|
County |
The county in the Address. |
|
|
Country |
The country of the Address. |
|
|
Effective start date |
The date from which the Lead wants the address to be effective for any written communication. |

Effective end date |
The date up to which the Lead wants the address to be effective for any written communication. |

Seasonal |
Indicates whether the student Address is seasonal or permanent. • Yes: Indicates the student Address is seasonal or temporary. • No: Indicates the student Address is not seasonal. |

SIS Owner |
The SIS User associated with the Address item. |

History Tab
This tab lists the actions performed on the Address Object item. For example, if the Address Object item is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Address Object item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Address Event options from the Event tab.
Note When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help. |
Categories Tab
This tab lists the Categories created for the Address Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Address Object by selecting one or more Categories.
