Troubleshooting Staff Calendar Sync Issues
To diagnose staff calendar errors that may occur in scenarios where the advisor is the organizer or is a required or optional attendee, administrators can view information in the following fields of the External Calendar Sync Details tab in the advisor’s record:
Field | Description |

Subscription ID | The user’s ID to receive notifications from the synced external calendar |
Subscription Expiry Date | The date and time when the user’s subscription with the synced external calendar will expire. |
Last Notification On | The date and time when the last notification was received from the synced external calendar. |
Last Sync Token | The token that’s generated when the user’s external calendar is synced with Anthology Reach. In the next sync cycle, only calendar records that will be available after the reference point of this token will be synced, and a new token will be generated as a marker for the sync operation. |
Error Details | Stores details of errors logged during subscription or when notifications are passed to Anthology Reach. |
Administrators can troubleshoot sync errors with the external calendar based on values in the above fields. For example, values the Last Notification On and Error Details fields will enable administrators to understand the nature of the error and when information was last received from the external calendar.
