When Forms Builder is installed, it is installed with an out of the box test account. Clients can create a developer account (sandbox) for test purposes at the following url: https://www.docusign.com/developer-center
Customers wishing to integrate with DocuSign need to obtain their own licensing information with DocuSign to use in a live environment. Based on the customer’s location, DocuSign assigns a region and provides URLs and credentials to the customer. This information needs to be updated in the DocuSign Configuration window.
Click on Configuration in the bottom left corner of Forms Builder to access the Configuration window and select the DocuSign tab.
Complete the following fields on the DocuSign tab:
Field | Description |
---|---|
API URL | URL received from the DocuSign |
Credential API | URL that validates the user’s login credentials for the DocuSign API |
API Account ID | Your DocuSign account number |
API User Email | Your email address |
API Password | API password (optional) |
Integrators Key | Integrator key is preconfigured by Campus Management Corp. |
Once the DocuSign configuration is complete, reset IIS or wait an hour for the changes to take effect.
