IDNC Tabs and Properties

IDNC items store phone numbers of Leads who have requested to not call. When an IDNC item is created for a phone number of a Lead, the phone number becomes unavailable for call.

The IDNC Object window contains the following tabs:

•   Properties Tab

•   Categories Tab

•   Status Tab

•   Attachments Tab

•   Interactions Tab

Properties Tab

This tab contains system and custom Properties created for the IDNC Object.

IDNC ID

A unique identifier for the IDNC item.

Name

Name of the Lead whose phone number is added as an IDNC item.

 

 

Owner

The Talisma User who owns the IDNC item.

Created On

The date and time when the IDNC record was created.

Last Updated

The date and time when the IDNC record was last updated.

No

Created By

The Talisma User who created the IDNC item.

 

Phone number

The phone number for which the IDNC is added.

Typically, it is the phone number of a Lead.

Date added

The Talisma Server date when the IDNC item is created.

No

Date removed

The date until when the phone number is not available for call.

However, the call status of the phone number is based on the scrubbing result returned by PossibleNOW.

School

Indicates the scope of the IDNC item. If the phone number is added from a Lead, it is set by default to the Brand to which the Campus of the Lead belongs.

Status

The status of the IDNC item. This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Active: When an IDNC item is created, its status is set to Active. The call status of the phone number is typically DNC, however, it is determined based on the scrubbing result from PossibleNOW.

•   History: The status changes to History when the current date matches the date specified in the Date removed field.

Note: When the Status becomes History, the Sync status field in the Status tab displays the value Remove pending. When the IDNC item is sent to PossibleNOW and is removed from the IDNC list, the Sync status Property displays the value Remove completed.

The phone number of the Lead will be scrubbed after 24 hours.

History Tab

This tab displays a chronological list of events based on the actions performed on the IDNC item. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required IDNC Event options from the Events tab.

For example, if an IDNC item is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the History tab of the IDNC item.

Note 

By default, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Talisma Business Administrator Help.

Categories Tab

This tab displays the Categories created for the IDNC Object. From this tab, you can categorize an IDNC item by selecting one or more Categories.

Status Tab

This tab displays the synchronization status of the IDNC item with PossibleNOW. It also displays appropriate messages for the success or failure of the synchronization of the IDNC item with PossibleNOW and Talisma. The following table describes the Properties in this tab.

Sync status

Displays the synchronization status of the IDNC item that is sent from Talisma to PossibleNOW. Following are the various status messages that are added for an item:

•   Add pending - Indicates that the IDNC item has to be sent to PossibleNOW for scrubbing.

•   Add completed - Indicates that the IDNC item has been added to the PossibleNOW database.

•   Add failed - Indicates that the phone number of the IDNC item was sent to PossibleNOW for synchronization but addition of the phone number to the database failed.

•   Remove pending - Indicates that the IDNC item must be sent to PossibleNOW to remove from the database.

•   Remove completed - Indicates that the IDNC item has been removed from the PossibleNOW database.

•   Remove failed - Indicates that the phone number of the IDNC item was sent to PossibleNOW for synchronization but removal of the phone number from PossibleNOW failed.

Status message

Displays the error message received from PossibleNOW. If there are no error message, this field will be blank.

Attachments Tab

This tab lists the attachments that are added for the IDNC item.

Interactions Tab

This tab lists the Interactions that are added for the IDNC item.

Note 

Ensure that you do not configure Rules, Campaigns, and Events for the IDNC Object as the functionality for these components is not supported for the IDNC Object.
