Country Tabs and Properties

The Country Object is a Global Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Country Object.

The Country Object contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note 

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Country Object.

Country ID

A unique identifier for a Country.

Cannot Be edited or deleted

External SIS ID

If a Student Information System (SIS) has been integrated with Talisma, this is the unique identifier for the SIS.

Name*

The name of the Country. For example, USA, Canada, China, etc. This is a free-text field. Maximum number of characters: 255.

Owner

The Talisma User who is responsible for the Country Object item. By default, the User who creates the Country Object item is its owner. You can change the owner by selecting a different User's name from the list of Users displayed in the Owner row in the Country window.

 

Created On

The date and time when the Country Object item was created.

Cannot Be edited or deleted

Last Updated

The date and time when the Country Object item was last updated.

Cannot Be edited or deleted

Created By

The Talisma User who created the Country Object item.

Code*

The code associated with the Country Object item.

Active

This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Yes - Indicates that the Country Object item is displayed when you search for the Country Object item in the Country field of a related Object.

•   No - Indicates that the Country Object item is not displayed when you search for the Country Object item in the Country field of a related Object.

Phone Format

The format for Phone numbers in the Country.

Social Security Number (SSN) Format

The format of the Social Security Number (SSN) of the Country.

ZIP/Postal Code Format

The format of the ZIP/Postal Code of the Country.

History Tab

This tab displays the actions performed on the Country Object item. For example, if a Country Object item is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Country Object item.

Categories Tab

This tab displays the Categories created for the Country Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Country by selecting one or more Categories.

Accounts Tab

This tab displays the list of Accounts associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Account in the Account window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Account Tabs and Properties”.

Contacts Tab

This tab displays the list of Contacts associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.

Leads Tab

This tab displays the list of Leads associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Addresses Tab

This tab displays the list of Addresses associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Address in the Address window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Address Tabs and Properties”.

States Tab

This tab displays the list of States associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected State in the State window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ State Tabs and Properties”.

Transcript Accounts Tab

This tab displays the list of those Accounts in which the Transcript Office is associated with the Country Object item. From this tab you can view details of a selected Account in the Accounts window. Orders tab

This tab displays the list of Orders associated with the Country Object item. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Order in the Order window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Order Tabs and Properties”.
