Program Level Tabs and Properties

The Program Level Object is a Shared Object in Talisma. The table in this topic describes the Properties available in the various tabs of the Program Level Object.

The Program Level Object contains the following tabs:

•   Properties Tab

•   Share Tab

•   History Tab

•   Categories Tab

•   Leads Tab

•   Contacts Tab

•   Program Versions Tab

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note 

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Program Level Object.

External SIS ID

A unique identifier for the corresponding Program Level in the SIS.

Name *

The name of the Program Level. For example, Certificate.

Owner

The Talisma User who created the Program Level. By default, the User who creates a Program Level is its owner.

 

Created On

The date and time when the Program Level was created.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Last Updated

The date and time when the Program Level was last modified.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Code *

A code for the Program Level.

Active *

This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Yes - Indicates that the Program Level Object item is displayed when you search for the Program Level Object item in the Program Level field of a related Object.

•   No - Indicates that the Program Level Object item is not displayed when you search for the Program Level Object item in the Program Level field of a related Object.

Cannot be edited or deleted

Share Tab

This tab lists the Teams in which you have the Manage Program Level Permission. The Teams with which the Program Level is shared are selected. This selection can be modified.

As Program Level is a shared Object, you must share the Program Level with at least one Team when creating the Term.

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Program Level. For example, if a Program Level is undeleted, this action is recorded as an event in the History of the Program Level. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Program Level Event options from the Event tab.

Note 

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Program Level Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Program Level by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Program Level. From this tab, you can view details of the selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Contacts Tab

This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Program Level. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.

Program Versions Tab

This tab lists the Program Versions associated with the Program Level. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Program Version in the Program Version window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Program Version Tabs and Properties”.
