Program Version Tabs and Properties

The Program Version Object is a Shared Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Program Version Object.

The Program Version Object contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Program Version Object.

Property (* indicates that the Property is mandatory)	Description	Value Updated by (Talisma/User)	Property Can be Edited/Deleted in TBA
External SIS ID	A unique identifier for the corresponding Program Version in the SIS.
Name *	The name of the Program Version. For example, Marketing.
Owner	The Talisma user who created the Program Version. By default, the User who creates the Program Version is its owner.
Created On	The date and time when the Program Version record was created.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Last Updated	The date and time when the Program Version was last updated.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Code *	The code for the Program Version.
Active *	This Property can have one of the following values: • Yes - Indicates that the Program Version Object item is displayed when you search for the Program Version Object item in the Program Version field of a related Object. • No - Indicates that the Program Version Object item is not displayed when you search for the Program Version Object item in the Program Version field of a related Object.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Program	The Program that is associated with the Program Version. For example, Masters in Business Administration.
Program Level	The Program Level of the Program Version. For example, Master Degree.

Share Tab

This tab lists the Teams in which you have the Manage Program Version Permission. The Teams with which the Program Version is shared are selected. This selection can be modified.

When creating a Program Version, you must share it with at least one Team.

This tab lists the actions performed on the Program Version. For example, if a Program Version is deleted, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Program Version. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Program Version Event options from the Event tab.

Note

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Program Version Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Program Version by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Program Version. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Enrollments Tab

This tab lists the Enrollments associated with the Program Version. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Enrollment in the Enrollment window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Enrollment Tabs and Properties”.

Program Version Start Date Tab

This tab lists the dates from which the Program Version is available and that are associated with the Program Version. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Program Version Start Date in the Program Version Start Date window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Program Version Start Date Tabs and Properties”.

Areas of Study Tab

This tab lists the Area of Study items associated with the Program Version. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Area of Study in the Area of Study window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Area of Study Tabs and Properties”.

Areas of Interest Tab

This tab lists the Area of Interest items associated with the Program Version. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Area of Interest in the Area of Interest window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Area of Interest Tabs and Properties”.
