Program Tabs and Properties

The Program Object is a Global Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Program Object.

The Program Object contains the following tabs:

•   Properties Tab

•   History Tab

•   Categories Tab

•   Leads Tab

•   Contacts Tab

•   Enrollments Tab

•   Program Versions Tab

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note 

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Program Object.

External SIS ID

A unique identifier for the corresponding Program in the SIS.

Name *

The name of the Program. For example, Masters in Information Sciences.

Owner

The Talisma user who created the Program. By default, the User who creates the Program is its owner.

 

Created On

The date and time when the Program was created.

Cannot be edited or deleted.

Last Updated

The date and time when the Program was last modified.

Cannot be edited or deleted.

Code *

The code for the Program.

Active *

This Property can have one of the following values:

•   Yes - Indicates that the Program Object item is displayed when you search for the Program Object item in the Program field of a related Object.

•   No - Indicates that the Program Object item is not displayed when you search for the Program Object item in the Program field of a related Object.

Cannot be edited or deleted.

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Program. For example, if a Program is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Program. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Program Event options from the Event tab.

Note 

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Program. From this tab, you can categorize the Program by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Program. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Contacts Tab

This tab lists the Contacts associated with the Program. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Contact in the Contact window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Contact Tabs and Properties”.

Enrollments Tab

This tab lists the Enrollments associated with the Program. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Enrollment in the Enrollment window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Enrollment Tabs and Properties”.

Program Versions Tab

This tab lists the Program Versions associated with the Program. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Program Version in the Program Version window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Program Version Tabs and Properties”.
