The Test Object is a shared Object in Talisma. It stores information about the test details of a Contact. For example, the details of the Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science Tests of the Contact.

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.
Note In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS. |

This tab contains system and custom Properties created for the Test Object.

The name of the Test. For example, Physics. |

The date and time when the Test record was last modified. |

Created By |
The name of the User who created the Test item. This is a hidden Property and is not displayed in Talisma Client. Typically, in an environment where Talisma is integrated with an SIS, the name of the SIS user who created the Test item is displayed in this field. |

This Property can have one of the following values: Yes: Indicates that items of the Test Object are displayed when you search for the Test item in the Test field of a related Object. No: Indicates that items of the Test Object are not displayed when you search for the Test item in the Test field of a related Object. By default, this Property is blank. |

This tab lists the Teams in which you have the Manage Test Permission. You can select the Teams with which you want to share the Test item. This selection can be modified.
When creating a Test item, you must share it with at least one Team.
This tab lists the actions performed on the Test item. For example, if a Test is categorized, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Test. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, in Talisma Client, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Test event options from the Events tab.
Note When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information, about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help. |
This tab lists the Categories created for the Test Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Test by selecting one or more Categories.
This tab lists the sub tests of the Test.
Example The Physics Test item includes the following sub Test items which are listed in this tab: • Physics Semester 1 • Physics Semester 2 |
This tab lists the Test Score items associated with the Test. From this tab, you can view details of an associated Test Score in the Test Score window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “Test Score Tabs and Properties”.
