My Events Page

The My Events page on the Portal displays two sections, Registered Events and Waitlisted Events

Registered Events

The Registered Events section lists the events in which the student is registered. For each registered event, following buttons are displayed:

Following are the buttons available for each registered event.

  • Pay

    • Click this button to view the invoice page to complete the payment.
    • This button will be available, if the student navigates away from the portal before completing the registration process for a paid event.
  • View/Manage Sessions

    • Click this button to view the Manage Sessions page to update the session registration. For more information, see Manage Sessions Page.
    • This button will be available until the Event End Date has reached.

Waitlisted Events

The Waitlisted Events section lists the events in which the student is waitlisted.

  • The displayed time zone is inherited from the time zone set on the student’s computer.
  • The Registration Status field displayed for an event can have one of the following values:
    • Registered – When a student is registered and the event is paid for or is free.
    • Canceled – When the student cancels registration to the event.
    • Pending Payment – When the student registers for the event with the payment still due.
    • Attended – When the student attended the event and checked in.
