Note • When a Lead is created in Talisma, the Lead is associated with an existing Contact or a new Contact. The newly created Contact inherits the value of the Team Property of the Lead and is shared with the inherited Team. ◦ If the newly created Lead matches with multiple Contacts that belong to the Teams to which you have access, the Set Contact dialog box is displayed. Select the relevant Contact from the list. ◦ If the newly created Lead matches with multiple Contacts in Talisma, and you do not have access to the Teams to which matching Contacts are shared with, the Lead is resolved to the most recently created Contact. ◦ If the newly created Lead matches with multiple Contacts that are deleted in Talisma, the Lead is resolved to the most recently created Contact. For more information about Team-based security for the Contact Object, contact Talisma Product Support. • When a Lead is created, the Disqualified and Invalid Property value will be set to No by the system. • When a Lead record with the Duplicate Property value as Yes is received in Talisma through an iService request, the Lead is created in Talisma and the value of its Duplicate Property is set to Yes. • For information on the Properties you can set for the Lead Object, see Lead Tabs and Properties. |
