Background for Predefined Staff Groups

Anthology Student includes predefined staff groups. In some cases, the staff members in the group populate lists in other locations in Anthology Student. In other cases, staff members in the group are granted access to features and utilities.

You will need to select these staff groups for the staff members if you want the staff members to be selectable in the lists or to have access to the features and utilities.

Determine the Predefined Groups to Use

Use the table to determine the predefined staff groups you should select for your staff members. The table also indicates whether or not the staff group can be set up as a template. (In the templates, you can select the permissions. Any staff member you add to the staff group inherits the specialized permissions selected for that group. )
