Program Version Start Date Tabs and Properties

The Program Version Start Date Object is a Shared Object in Talisma. The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Program Version Start Date Object.

The Program Version Start Date Object contains the following tabs:

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Note

In a scenario where your organization has integrated Talisma CRM with an SIS, values of Properties will be automatically updated when Talisma CRM is synchronized with the SIS.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Program Version Start Date Object.

Property (* indicates that the Property is mandatory)	Description	Value Updated by (Talisma/User)	Property Can be Edited/Deleted in TBA
External SIS ID	A unique identifier for the corresponding Program Version Start Date in the SIS.
Name *	The name of the Program Version Start Date.
Owner	The Talisma user who created the Program Version Start Date. By default, the User who creates the Program Version Start Date is its owner.
Created On	The date and time when the Program Version Start Date was created.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Last Updated	The date and time when the Program Version Start Date was last modified.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Code *	The code for the Program Version Start Date.
Active *	This Property can have one of the following values: • Yes - Indicates that the Program Version Start Date Object item is displayed when you search for the Program Version Start Date Object item in the Program Version Start Date field of a related Object. • No - Indicates that the Program Version Start Date Object item is not displayed when you search for the Program Version Start Date Object item in the Program Version Start Date field of a related Object.		Cannot be edited or deleted
Start Date	The date on which the Program Version commences in the Campus.
Midpoint date	The estimated date on which the student will reach the midpoint of the Program Version.
Expected graduation date	The date on which the student is expected to graduate the Program.
Must graduate before	The date on or before which the student must graduate.
Program Version	The Program Version that is associated with the Program Version Start Date.

This tab lists the Teams in which you have the Manage Program Version Start Date Permission. The Teams with which the Program Version Start Date is shared are selected. This selection can be modified.

When creating a Program Version Start Date, you must share it with at least one Team.

History Tab

This tab lists the actions performed on the Program Version Start Date. For example, if a Program Version Start Date is deleted, this action is recorded as an event in the history of the Program Version. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required Program Version Start Date Event options from the Event tab.

Note

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records will not be displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Business Administrator Help and Installation Manager Help.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories created for the Program Version Start Date Object. From this tab, you can categorize the Program Version Start Date by selecting one or more Categories.

Leads Tab

This tab lists the Leads associated with the Program Version Start Date. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Lead in the Lead window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Lead Tabs and Properties”.

Enrollments Tab

This tab lists the Enrollments associated with the Program Version Start Date. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Enrollment in the Enrollment window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Enrollment Tabs and Properties”.

Shifts Tab

This tab lists the Shifts associated with the Program Version Start Date. From this tab, you can view details of a selected Shift in the Shift window. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Shift Tabs and Properties”.

Areas of Interest Tab

This tab lists the Areas of Interest associated with the Program Version Start Date. For information about the Properties displayed in this tab, see “ Area of Interest Tabs and Properties”.
