The connector supports integration of the Pronoun and the Preferred name between Anthology Student and CampusNexus CRM. For more information, see What is integrated.
Important: To integrate values of the Pronoun or the Preferred name from Anthology Student version 23.0 to CampusNexus CRM or vice versa, ensure that CampusNexus CRM is upgraded to version 14.1, or higher.
If a value is set in the Preferred name of the Student record and CampusNexus CRM is below version 14.1, integration from Anthology Student will fail, and the corresponding contact will not be created or updated in CampusNexus CRM. The failure will occur because the Preferred name field is not available in previous CampusNexus CRM versions.

Authentication will no longer be API-based and is enhanced to be key-based. As a result, the following options are deleted from the indicated files:

Added the following snippet to the SSN, Zip Code and Phone Number fields in the Contact Object and Lead Object:
By default, Connector enforces validation for SSN, ZIP Code, and Phone Number values based on US formats. Unformatted values can be processed from CampusNexus CRM to Anthology Student and saved in the Anthology Student database only if the format masks for these values are removed in Anthology Student.
