Total Cost |
When a Contact becomes a Target in a Campaign, this Property is the sum of the cost of Steps through which all Targets progress in the Campaign. The Total Cost Property computes the total cost of all such Contacts associated with the Account. The formula to compute this Property is as follows: Account Total Cost = Sum of Contact Total Cost Contact Total Cost = Sum of Target Cost Target Total Cost = Sum of Campaign Step Cost For example, there are 25 Targets in a Campaign which has two Steps. The cost for a Target in Step 1 is $2 and the cost for a Target in Step 2 is $3. The Target Total Cost associated with the Campaign will be the sum of the cost in Step 1 and Step 2: 2 X 25 + 3 X 25 = $125. |
Cannot be edited or deleted. |
Hence, the sum of Target Cost = $125. Assuming that an additional cost of $25 is incurred to dispatch brochures to these Targets, the Contact Total Cost = $125 + $25 = $150. The cost of processing each Contact is $1. Therefore, the Account Total Cost = $150 + $25 = $175. Click to view the updated value of this Property. |
