Insert Attachment to Document Center Rule

The Insert Attachment to Document Center Rule is used to upload documents to the Document Center in the CampusNexus Student database.

Configuration

When you include the Insert Attachment to Document Center rule in a Sequence, the Insert Attachment to Document Center window is displayed:

Fields Description
Default Config If the lead selects a different Campus that has not been configured in the rule then the configuration settings for the Default Configuration Campus will be used.
Document Type The document type of the inserted attachment file. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand expand icon icon.
Document Status The document status of the inserted attachment file. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand expand icon icon.
Module The module that the attachment file will be associated with. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand expand icon icon.
