The Insert PDF to Document Center Rule is used to upload Forms and Sequences (that are configured to be converted to PDF) to the Document Center as PDF documents in the CampusNexus Student database.
Configuration
When you include the Insert PDF to Document Center rule in a Sequence, the Insert PDF to Document Center window is displayed:
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Campus | The name of the Campus to which the Lead belongs. Leads will be required to specify the Name and Campus when submitting their information to the institution. |
Default Config | If the lead selects a different Campus that has not been configured in the rule then the configuration settings for the Default Configuration Campus will be used. |
Document Type | The document type of the inserted PDF file. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand ![]() |
Document Status | The document status of the inserted PDF file. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand ![]() |
Module | The module that the PDF file will be associated with. This drop-down list is displayed only if you click the expand ![]() |
