Verify if applicant fee is present

The Verify if applicant fee is present Rule is used to check if the applicant fee is present when an applicant submits an application to an institution in order to determine if a form should be displayed for online payment.

Configuration

When you include the Verify if applicant fee is present rule in a Sequence, the Verify if applicant fee is present window is displayed:

Fields	Description
Campus	The name of the Campus to which the Applicant belongs. Applicants will be required to specify the Name and Campus when submitting their information to the institution.
Default Config	If the applicant selects a different Campus that has not been configured in the rule, the configuration settings for the Default Configuration Campus will be used.
App Fee Selection	Select this check box if the application fee should be pulled from the Payment field specified in this rule. If the check box is cleared, the payment amount is pulled from the CampusNexus Student database. This field is displayed only if you click the expand icon.
Payment	Specify the payment amount if the application fee should be pulled from this rule. This field is displayed only if you click the expand icon.
True	Processes the specified form, rule, or sequence if the Applicant fee is present. Drag-and-drop a form, rule, or sequence into the True field.
False	Processes the specified sequence form, rule, or sequence if the Applicant fee is not present. Drag-and-drop a form, rule, or sequence into the False field.
