The Insert Duplicate Applicant Rule is used to check if an applicant is a duplicate record or not.
Configuration
When you include the Verify if Applicant is Duplicate Info rule in a Sequence, the Verify if applicant is duplicate window is displayed:

| True | Processes the specified form, rule, or sequence if the Applicant record is duplicate. Drag-and-drop a form, rule, or sequence into the True field. For example, Insert Duplicate Applicant Info rule. |
| False | Processes the specified sequence form, rule, or sequence if the Applicant record is unique. Drag-and-drop a form, rule, or sequence into the False field. For example, Insert Applicant Info rule. |
